Lauren

I have been trying to keep the layouts pretty even when it comes to layouts that focus on just one of the girls. I started with Shimelle's starting point for last week and the Echo Park - Yours Truly collection.

After I had everything layered the way that I wanted I lightly tacked down the squares to each other and then took the entire stack off so that I could mist the background. I used some homemade glimmer spray and a Tattered Angels Glimmer screen on the background. After I reassembled the starting point on the new background I matted the black and white photo of Lauren on some pink CS from my scrap bin, punched some circles using the Martha Stewart scalloped circle punch and added some heart stickers from the collection. There are also some pink Stickles dotted on the page, and more stickers from the collection as a title and sub-title. I do not typically use black and white photos, or this color scheme. I am glad that I stepped outside of my comfort zone and I love the result!

Fab layout, Kelly. Love the papers you chose and the black/white photo just fits beautifully. Must see what else Shimelle has on offer :)

This page is beautiful! I have a spray pen that I've never used, I'd be interested in hearing how you make your glitter spray!
