Mailbox Key

I made this keychain/ tag for our spare mailbox key a while ago. I am not thrilled with it, and may redo it completely... but wanted to post what I made.
The #12 is our mailbox #, and on the back I put our house number in case the key gets lost.
This hangs in our pantry and gets used more frequently than the mailbox key that is on my key chain. Especially since the girls love checking the mail.

I think that I want to try a more grungy, "Tim Holtz" look on the next one... but that is so outside my comfort zone!

What a great idea. This is something that I had never ever thought of. Clever you! There are so many possibilities. I particularly think the cut out die with the address is perfect. You definitely have me thinking.

I like this! The trim, pom poms and the house! And don't be afraid to go out of your comfort zone - you may surprise yourself!
